1. I’ve purchased the movie. How can I now view it?

All purchased presentations can be found in the Account page. There is a link at the top of the page as seen below. Once in your account page, simply click on the name of the presentation you purchased to begin. See detail below...

2. What happens when my time limit expires?

When your purchased movie presentation expires, you no longer have access to it. You must view our continuing education course and take the test and fill out the final form on the test to receive your continuing education credit. If you did not have enough time to complete a course, please email questions@gnathosCE.com and we will be happy to reply with a coupon for a discounted course subscription.

3. The movie presentation stopped playing and is unresponsive. What’s with that?

We apologize if the movie became unresponsive. This could be due to your local network, an outage in your internet service or our server may have visited the water cooler for a moment. A simple browser refresh should remedy it. Unfortunately, if you've begun the test, a browser refresh will force you to start it over from the beginning. See screenshot below illustrating a refresh.

Further, a broadband internet connection is required. If you purchased the movie and don't have a fast enough connection to watch it, please email questions@gnathosCE.com and we will be happy to refund your purchase in a timely manner.

4. How can I navigate the presentation?

You can easily play, pause, start from the beginning, jump to any point in the presentation and increase the volume. See below for details. Back to Questions

5. Dr. Samson mentions the handout. What’s that?

The handout is provided as a written manual for reference to the many complex terms that are discussed. Please download the manual and print it out. The handout requires Adobe Acrobat Reader. It's a free and simple to install. Click here to install it on your computer now.

6. I watched the movie. How will I get the Continuing Education Credit?

When you are ready, Take the test. The button to begin is at the bottom of your presentation page. Once complete, you must complete the form. We will be notified that you've passed and we will review your account to be sure the Continuing Education credit is awarded to the correct person. You will receive an email from us with your credit in a timely manner. See below for
